Common questions
How soon is my account activated?
Once Alipay confirms payment, your membership activates automatically — usually within seconds. If nothing changes, click “Refresh status” or check the order in your membership page.
How do I sign in after paying?
Use the email you paid with to request a login code. After signing in, you can set a password under Settings → Account security and use email + password next time. The membership code is still shown for order reference, but it is not a login credential.
Can I renew or upgrade?
Yes. Buy again while signed in and the new period is added after your current expiry date. A lifetime membership will not be downgraded by buying a shorter plan.
It says my email is already registered.
That email already has an account. Sign in first, then buy from the membership page. The new period is added to the existing account instead of creating a duplicate.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay QR payment on mobile and Alipay desktop checkout. Payment status is confirmed by Alipay and the page updates automatically.
