Terms of service

The ground rules for using CloudSite

These terms apply to all use of the CloudSite website and services. By registering, paying or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.

Last updated:

1. The service

CloudSite provides AI-based tools to generate, edit, batch-create and publish websites. Site files are published to your own Cloudflare account, and you own and manage your domains.

Files in the media library are stored in the private Alibaba Cloud OSS bucket configured for the platform and are served through the platform proxy. That storage is for assets used on your websites — it is not a general file-hosting, cloud-drive or CDN service.

CloudSite is not a hosting provider and does not replace Cloudflare for network or domain registration. Cloudflare's availability, quotas and billing are governed by its own terms.

2. Accounts and sign-in

  • Register with a working email address and sign in with an email verification code or email + password.
  • An account is for you or your organization only. Keep your password private and do not share the account.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us immediately if something looks wrong.
  • We may suspend or restrict an account for security, abuse or legal reasons.

3. Membership, payment and renewal

  • Membership is sold by duration. There is no per-site fee and no limit on the number of sites while it is active.
  • Payment is handled by Alipay. Membership activates automatically after payment — no manual review.
  • Renewals add time to the current expiry date. A lifetime membership does not become time-limited by buying a shorter plan.
  • Prices and durations are those shown on the pricing page. We may change prices for future purchases.
  • You can top up your wallet with Alipay. The balance can be used for membership and for media-library storage and traffic add-ons.
  • Digital services take effect immediately on activation. For refunds and after-sales issues, contact us and we will handle the request based on actual usage and applicable law.

4. Your content and permission

You keep the rights to the site content, templates and assets you upload or create. To provide the service, you allow us to store, transmit, modify and publish that content as needed — for example uploading it to your Cloudflare account or sending it to the AI provider you configure.

For media you upload to the media library, you grant us permission to store and process it in Alibaba Cloud OSS, serve it through the platform proxy, and cache and deliver it as needed to visitors of your websites, for the purpose of operating the service.

You must have the legal right to everything you upload and must not submit material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

5. Media library, storage and traffic quotas

The platform may restrict access to, delete, or suspend accounts for unusual traffic, hotlinking or assets that breach these terms.

  • Each account includes 1 GB of storage and 10 GB of traffic for assets in the media library.
  • You can buy one-time add-ons from your wallet balance: 5 GB storage for ¥9, 20 GB storage for ¥29, 100 GB storage for ¥99, 50 GB traffic for ¥9, 200 GB traffic for ¥29 and 1 TB traffic for ¥99. Purchased quota is additive and does not expire.
  • Traffic is measured cumulatively and is not reset monthly; storage is measured by current occupancy.
  • Add-on prices may change, and a change affects only future purchases.
  • Uploads are limited to common image, video and PDF formats and 50 MB per file; you must own the rights to what you upload.
  • If storage or traffic is exhausted, new uploads and asset serving pause until you buy more quota or delete assets.
  • Add-ons are digital goods and take effect immediately. Except where required by applicable law, consumed or partially used add-ons are not refundable; refund requests are handled based on actual usage.

6. Acceptable use

If these rules are broken, we may remove content, suspend or terminate the account, and pursue remedies available under law.

  • No phishing, fraud, malware, deceptive claims or other illegal activity.
  • Do not upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or reputation.
  • Do not upload illegal or malware content, or adult, violent or hateful abusive content where local law prohibits it.
  • Do not use asset hosting as a general file-sharing, cloud-drive or CDN service beyond assets for your websites.
  • Do not use technical means to circumvent storage, traffic or other usage limits.
  • No mass-generated spam, ranking manipulation or interference with search engines and AI services.
  • No attempts to bypass account limits, probe for vulnerabilities or access other users' data without permission.
  • No use for goods, services or regions prohibited by law.

7. Third-party services

CloudSite requires your own Cloudflare account and a configured AI provider. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their terms. CloudSite is not directly liable for outages, quota limits, billing changes or policy changes at those providers.

8. Intellectual property

The CloudSite name, interface, code, documentation and brand assets belong to us or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, modified, reverse-engineered or redistributed commercially without permission.

AI output may resemble content generated by others. Review accuracy, legality and originality before you publish.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service stable and may perform maintenance, upgrades or feature changes. Unless agreed in writing, we do not offer a fixed service-level commitment (SLA).

We may add, change or retire features. If a change materially affects paying members, we will explain it on the site in advance.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or inaccurate. Review it before publishing and remain responsible for the site you put online.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss (including media-library assets) or third-party claims. Our direct liability for the service is capped at the amount you actually paid in the twelve months before the dispute.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. When a membership expires, some features stop working, and we may delete unused data after a period.

When an account expires, is deleted or is terminated, assets and metadata in the media library may be deleted. Keep your own copies before termination; the platform is not a backup service for your assets.

If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate the account after notice. Whether paid fees are refunded depends on actual usage and applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the service provider's location. Mandatory local law prevails where it applies.

The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If that fails, either party may bring the matter before a court with jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business or law changes. The updated version takes effect on the date shown on the page; continued use means you accept it.
